2020: Opportunities for growth in digital communication

In 2020 I was appointed as Marketing Coordinator at Vetaphone A/S in Kolding, Denmark. My job was to help Vetaphone exhibit at international trade fairs. As 2020 unfolded, all fairs were cancelled, and we were challenged to find new ways to interact with potential customers. On a continual basis I provided the senior management with insights into media partners, competitors, and potential customers, leading to a diversification of the marketing strategy. I held the following responsibilities:

  • Social media strategy, tutorial for employees and content creation
  • Media planning for both print and digital campaigns, budgeting, and execution
  • Liaising with external partners, suppliers, and agencies
  • Providing marketing support to sales managers and agents

The key deliverable in my job was a solid foundation of datasets, digital tools, and digital marketing activities, approved by senior management.
